It's the Holiday Season

It seems like only a few days ago that we were looking forward to Halloween, and all of a sudden it's a whole new year!

We had such a great time during all of our favorite holidays, and we'll start with a really fun football season. We love watching Navy play, and Brody and Adeline usually wear their gear to cheer on the Midshipmen.

But of course, we have to throw on the Gator gear if the team needs us (and it did a few times this season!)

It really doesn't matter who wins, because as long as I'm with my big brother, I'm happy!

We had a special surprise in late October- Dad had a work trip in New Orleans, and the rest of us got to go, too!

We had such a nice time in Mom and Dad's old hometown, that it was hard to come back home. However, when the days stayed sunny, we had some fun hikes and park time:

Then it turned a little more chilly, and since we spent a lot of time indoors, I decided it was about time to start crawling!

Still, hanging out with Brody, especially when he reads to me, is my favorite thing.

I now have six teeth, so Dad tried out an apple one day...

And I seem to manage to get myself into a mess, now and then.

We made Thanksgiving dinner- I think I did a pretty good job on the turkey!

And before you knew it- it was already Christmas time!

We traveled to see family, and some friends came to see us- with their dog!

I helped make so many cookies- which we put out for Santa...

and he DELIVERED!

But I think the best thing of all is hanging out with my family. We have such a great time.

Some more information about how I'm growing:

At my 9 month checkup I was 21 lbs and right in the middle of the height/weight chart. I have six teeth (and use them for EVERYTHING!) I eat lots of different foods, but I think my favorite is still lamb chops. I can also pull up to standing and take a few steps while holding onto something. I make a TON of noises, and will say words like, "hi!" and "Mom!" I like to say "mom," when I'm mad! I also call my brother "Ba" and point to Daddy when anyone asks who I love the most.

Overall, I'm about the happiest baby on the planet. I had a dental checkup today and all the office staff fell in love! I don't know of a single person with a bad word to say about me!
