Terrific Three

It's that time of year again, and we have a lot to share. Adeline has grown so much- both sprouting in height and developing her strong personality. She's always been a joy, but now she's this fantastic little person- kind, funny, passionate, bright and engaging. A friend of her grandmother's told us after a visit, "That Adeline just MAKES you like her!"
Whether it's reading books (reciting them by heart with a flair for the dramatic) or zipping down slides or playing with her brother, Addy is all in. Here are some highlights. If you roll your mouse over the photo, you'll see the caption.

Some major accomplishments this year:
- Knows all the numbers by sight and can count to 20 by herself
- Sings the ABCs and is working on recognizing the letters
- Is interested in music- besides "Baby Shark" her favorite songs are "Burn the House
Down," "We Will Rock You," and "Thunder"
- Begins dancing lessons this summer
- She's fully potty trained during the day, and about half of the mornings she wakes
with a dry pull-up! Big Girl!!!
- She loves helping- will get out the napkins to set the table and clean up all her toys.
- Her favorite books are "Where the Wild Things Are," "The Gruffalo," and "Pretzel"
